A Huge Secret On Recruiting
53Let me just say before I begin this blog that I have spent thousands to figure out this secret and I am going to share with everyone. You all need to know the truth about recruiting for network marketing and here it is.
I hear it from my downline all the time. I love your internet marketing program, but I have absolutely no interest in going after my friends and family members. I actually train people on how to do internet marketing, to avoid old school network marketing. So why do I preach to still go after your friends and family members? Here is why, because they make great customers. Let me just shoot from the hip, I have only recruited 2 business builders ever who were in my circle of family/friends. I have only recruited business builders from leads, internet, and social networking sites. However, I have never recruited 1 customer from the internet, or by buying leads. All of my customers have been friends and family members. This is the mistake that most internet marketers make. They tell you to leave your friends and family members alone. That is crazy advice. You are not going to leave your friends and family members alone, because they will become your customers and your downline's customers. I guarantee you that everyone regardless of experience, unless their products stink can easily get 2 to 3 family members or friends to test drive their products. If your company offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee your friends or family members have nothing to lose.
Most MLM Companies make a huge mistake as they train their distributors to go after their friends and family members to become business builders. You can try it, I have tried it in 3 company's and it has never worked for me. But whatever you do, don't leave your friends and family members alone. This is why you need to at some point become an expert on not just your business, but also your product. You need to market your business to business builders and your product to the people you know the best.
Good Luck!

Hi John, I believe what u say holds some truth but if you are indeed making money then why have you been to 3 networking companies already? To me the only reason why someone changes company is that he/she is'nt making money or is seeing small profits. Should you not have stuck with one? Unless you are telling me that the first 3 were not good but u are making a good income from the fourth..or is this your 3rd company? Just curious and no hard feelings. Nicholas
Wonderful advice.
