Product users are your bread and butter

When building your business it is very important not to just recruit business builders. You must have a solid base of customers as well, otherwise your business will just be business builders and will fall apart like a stack of cards. Think of it like this. When I was with XANGO I recruited mostly product users; 80% - 90% of my recruits were just product users. I thought that seemed a bit high and I couldn't get duplication with just product users, so my group didn't grow and I left and went to another company. Although I am still with XANGO as a consumer, I no longer promote the business. I personally love XANGO Juice, but they had lousy support systems in place to build a solid business with business builders. With my new company Zrii, they have an incredible support system in place to recruit business builders, however I have only really recruited business builders, which is fine, but it dawned on my last month that without the customers, I was never going to be completely successful. I think for every 2 to 3 business builders you should be adding at least 2-3 customers. Let me tell you something, I have seriously avoided customers 100% up until 2 - 3 weeks ago, and guess what, product users are way easier to recruit. These people are going to be your friends, family members, doctors, dentist, lawyer, business partner, personal trainer, realtor, and pastor. Most of them will just sign up because you tell them you are on the product and give a testemonial. To stay away from these people and not introduce your products to them is absolutely insane. Did I say insane? Yes, I said it, this is why if you are in an MLM and are not receiving your companies products you are setting yourself up for failure. You must be using, or at least have the products available at all times.

So here is my tip for the day. Use the internet and all of your tools, leads, and advertising dollars to attract business builders. Do not go after your friends or family members to become business builders, go after them to become customers. I guarantee you that everyone could sign up 5 of their friends effortlessly as customers. Besides if you read a great book, would you keep it a secret from your friends? If you would, you are the most self centered individual on the planet and should probably stay as far away from network marketing as possible.
