The Truth is Out There

Did you know that only 3% of all network marketers are in the profit zone. Meaning they make more than what they spend every month in their network marketing business. Why is this? As a 3% Distributor I can honestly say that without drive, determination, certain skills & abilities, and a will to have freedom in your life, this business will eat you up and spit you out. How long does it take - realistically? I think everyone is different, but most of the people I know within this industry with the exception of a few have been at it for many years. What does that mean for you if your just getting started or in your first year in network marketing? It means this:

You are going to school my friend (Work on yourself and naturally you will start to attract more and more people to join your team). Only 5% of the general public make over $100K per year and most took year and years of labor & Education to get there. Why would someone who has never made that sort of money come into MLM and do that right away?

Are people really going to call you to join your business when you post blogs all over the net, "Attraction Marketing"? 90% of the people who have joined my team required the skill-set of myself or someone in my organization to bring them on board as a distributor and I have 100's of blogs and videos all over the net and get inquiries all the time. But once I tell people the cost of my business and the time commitment required to be successful, they are onto the next big dream. Don't buy into the lie that your phone is going to ring off the hook, with prospects. And even if it does, most are not prepared to make the investement in themselves or your business, so you have to do lots of sorting. Blogs are a great way to build relationships and your brand, but remember 95% of all internet marketers are going in the hole every month.

Can I really make profit in my first year or month of network marketing? I think it really depends on your pay plan and skill-set? This is where new distributors miss the boat? I have personally built organizations in a binary program with hundreds of distributors with $0 Commission and others with only 5 Distributors that pay out over a $100 a month. My favorite pay plans are uni-level with Dynamic Compression with Fast Start bonuses and on-going monthly bonuses. In my current business if you work hard and actively sponsor new people you can cover most your on-going business costs within your first 30 days and be in the profit zone within 60 - 90 days. I know of only 2 distributors who are making over six figure incomes after their first 12 months with no previous MLM Experience. In my previous company I never got into the profit zone after 8 months. I think my largest check in that company was $150 a month.

PS: Most businesses don't become profitable until after a few years, so I don't understand why people joining MLM would think they would be profitable within a few weeks or months with no previous business or sales experience??? I also don't understand why people want to join a business, but not make any initial investment???
